Holy toledo, I haven’t written on here in forever! I fail. 🙁 But admittedly Alex came into town to visit for a bit, and well you know…. much needs to be fit in whilst he’s here 😉 so the computer was the last thing on my mind tee hee.
So last night I had way too much fun hanging out with my main bud Tiamo!! He had cooked up these really kick ass beef tacos, with spinach, cilantro, cheese and this awesome peach salsa for toppings, oh sweet jeebus they were sooo good! So we were just goofing around, listening to some music, drinking wine, and we were celebrating the gloriousness of the tacos that a fun little jingle for “T Taco Time” was born… the earlier versions were better than the later, but eventually I was giving T a little iMovie tutorial so we practiced with a T Taco Time video which of COURSE I had to upload immediately to youtube.
Well I WAS drinking wine so it all seemed so hilarious and like the best idea ever at the time 🙂 Then we kicked back and watched another episode of Battlestar Galactica, frack yeah!

Cilantro, it couldn’t have been done without you. Cheese, beef, salsa, and the rest of the gang, you really came through on this one. Wine, thanks for being there.
