So this past All Hallows Eve was probably one of my favorites of all time!!! Alex was in town, which in itself was so exciting, but then we did all kinds of actual Halloween stuff that I usually don’t do but really made the day! First, he bought us a couple of pumpkins for us to carve! Even though Halloween IS my favorite holiday, I honestly couldn’t remember the last time I’d carved a pumpkin! I think the goo from the inside freaks me out… Anywhoo, we spent the afternoon carving, slicing, and dicing, and ended up with some pretty sweet looking Jack O’Lanterns!
Then, again Alex’s idea, was to watch a scary movie. I hate scary movies for just that reason… they are SCARY!! I’m easily spooked and normally don’t do well with them, but it was Halloween and I DID have my man around to hold on to for dear life! We watched the Strangers, which had quite a few jumpy moments I screamed out loud here and there :\ And of course we handed out candy for trick or treaters while we watched the movie. My favorite was this cute little boy about 6 who was dressed as a UPS delivery guy! So adorable! Later in the night we of course got all dressed up in our costume gear and went downtown to see all the crazies. We went as an old west couple, me the saloon whore and he the gunslinger! 🙂
We of course spent most of the next day a wee bit hungover, but nothing like lounging in our jammies for half the day cuddling! 🙂 All in all a most fabulous rendition of my favorite holiday….

tee hee, yaay! but not as adorable as YOU were in your witchy woman outfit! even after the purse debacle 🙁 you still looked loverly!
