Can I get a whoa Britney Spears?! Whoooaaaa Britney Spears!!! OK, now most of you (ie Ben 😉 ) are probably having seizures at the thought, but yaaay I went to see Britney Spears last night! Thanks once again to my illustrious Amy for getting the inside scoop, she was able to score tickets to the super secret Britney Spears show at the House of Blues! Well secret at first where tickets were only 40 bucks so yay Amy, but after the word spread people were hocking tickets for $300 a piece! Crazy!

So, IN THEORY, the show was lame. It was some DJs spinning for about 3 hours, then finally Britney came onstage with her dancers, looking FABULOUS I must say for having 2 kids, and then she literally was only onstange for like 10 minutes and the show was done… Even so, my inner pop princess came out. I found myself hootin’ and hollerin’ and singing along to HIT ME BABY ONE MORE TIME! And it was TOTALLY worth it!!!

I mean come on, how many people can see the infamous Britney in such a close proximity doing her thing? Alot of people were complaining how short the show was, how Britney sucked, etc, etc… But I gotta say i’m totally glad I went, one of those hey I got to see Britney Spears up close and personal, she looked awesome, did her thing, sure it was lip synched, but meh… all in a day.

Thanks Amy!!! I had a great time!! Then we were already in the plans for our Poison/White Lion/Ratt extravaganza coming up in August so we were jamming out to some White Lion on the car ride home….. YAAAAAAY for music, concerts, and the like…
