I think those who ridicule religions and their practices in and of themselves are really not much better than the fanatics who give religion a bad name for using it as a means to hate. Both are guilty of intolerance.
If you have a beef, have it with the player not the game. While I don’t consider myself a religious person, I know many people DO use their religious guidelines as a means by which they can lead a peaceful, giving and more compassionate life. Is that so bad? While I don’t relate personally with many of these rituals and traditions, I really can’t call myself an accepting or tolerant person if I bad mouth said traditions.
What may seem ridiculous to you is sacred to another.
