How to Make Green Enchiladas
Tools needed:
Hardware: Large casserole dish, can opener, knife, cutting board, cheese grater.
Ingredients: 1 package corn tortillas, 1 large can of green enchilada sauce (I love Las Palmas!!), 1 bunch cilantro, 1 bunch green onions, 1 block Monterey jack cheese, oven mitts/potholders.
