OWWWWWWWWWW!!!!
So the scrape on my leg that I got last week at the New Kids show WAS doing ok and I thought it was healing… but apparently not. It got infected boooo, so went to the doctor again today booooooo, and had to get a tetanus shot. 🙁 BOOOOOOO!!!
I’m a weenie I’ll admit it. I hate needles, and they do make me cry. Now i’m on antibiotics for 10 days, and have to prop up my leg by my desk to keep it elevated. I’m sure I look hilarious to people walking by my office. Damn the jellyfish! Damn ALL the jellyfish!!!!
UPDATE – DECEMBER 4 :
Bah!! So I had to go to urgent care yet AGAIN last night! 🙁 The infection (they diagnosed it as cellulitis) was getting worse so they told me to go in immediately and they had to give me a crazy SHOT from hell that hurt soooo bad! 🙁 I was crying all over the place, they were passing me tissues and everything cause I was crying like a little baby. OWWWW! So they gave me the shot of antibiotics, and said to go back in today to see how it was doing to determine if I need another shot :(. They said I shouldn’t go to work today because i need to stay off the leg, but I kind of have to because my boss is gone so it’s just me… boo. So back to the propping up of my leg at my desk!
